Jasika is currently the Director of Client Experience at Fiera Capital, one of Canada’s leading investment management firms. In her role, she leads the Global CRM, Sales enablement and Digital Marketing platforms, as well as, Client Reporting.
Previously, Jasika spent over a decade in digital transformation, client and employee experience leadership roles, driving innovation and cultural change within the financial and healthcare sectors. Her most recent role was as a leader on a Fortune 50 company’s first-ever Pharmacy Innovation team. Her team’s work involved originating strategies in order to pioneer a new patient experience in Canada.
Jasika is an advocate for being bold in the design of customer experience in a rapidly changing landscape where no industry will be spared from digital disruption. She believes the key to success is looking inward and executing on actions that immediately improve technology, processes and mindset.
Jasika earned her MBA from Queen’s University and has completed her Certified HR Leader designation and Change Management certification. Jasika is a proud mom of twins and can often be spotted at one of Toronto’s many highly-rated eateries.
