Chief Experience Officer

Brian Melter – Brian provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the public and member experience for Wisconsin’s largest credit union and one of the top 30 credit unions in the country. This includes leading over 475 associates who are responsible for the branch experience and operations; marketing and communication; deposit product development; digital properties, including the public websites, mobile experience, and online banking platforms; a multi-channel contact center; and the Landmark Investment Center.
Brian has more than 26 years of experience in financial services leadership across technology, e-commerce, operations, marketing, and strategy. Prior to joining Landmark, Brian was the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Digital Solutions at Fiserv.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is also a Wisconsin state-certified firefighter, ice rescue instructor, and first responder and has been an active member of Lake Country Fire & Rescue for over 14 years, providing fire, rescue, and EMS services to over 7500 members of his local community.
